Croqui PRO is a web app for creating sketches, notes and dimensions over photographs, operated by [company name], [registration number]. By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. Account

Access to PRO features requires an account linked to an e-mail address. You are responsible for access to your e-mail and for the use of your account.

2. Plans and payment

The free plan allows up to 7 sketches with every tool and PNG image export; after that, creating new sketches requires a subscription.

The PRO plan costs US$ 2.99 per month (plus applicable taxes), billed through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in My account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds and withdrawal rights follow the consumer law of your country. Contact: [contact-email].

3. Your content

Photos and sketches belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for having permission to photograph and record the places, and for exporting what you need to keep. We are not liable for content lost through clearing browser data or changing or losing the device.

4. Measurements and professional responsibility

The app is a support tool. Measurements derived from scale or perspective correction are approximate and valid only in the plane of the reference used. Checking measurements and the professional responsibility for the documents produced (reports, projects, surveys) rest with the professional user.

5. Acceptable use

Attempting to bypass plan limits, accessing systems without authorisation, overloading the service or using it for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

6. Changes and jurisdiction
